Refunds:
NO REFUNDS. Please order only after you have checked all the details, and read all the info about an item, before you purchase.
We will gladly offer a store credit for returned items in their original condition.
Shipping Policies:
We ship with UPS insured at full value. We can offer a discounted rate which we have earned after many years of partnering with UPS.
When shipping to Mexico or Canada, we use USPS. We may also use USPS for very small items, or upon special request by the purchaser.
We generally do not charge the customer for handling or packing materials, unless a custom-built crate, or special handling of an item is necessary. That would be posted on the item page.
Requests:
Please request any special custom packing promptly at the time of purchase.
We do not ship some items. This is noted on the item page and is generally due to fragility of the piece. We can gladly hold an item for local pickup from the store, or for private shipping courier, to be sent to you in their own packaging.
DAMAGES:
In the unfortunate event that an item that we have shipped arrives to you damaged, STOP unwrapping the piece at the first sign of damage, and call us immediately. DO NOT UNWRAP the damaged item or even remove it from the box. You will need to take pictures of EVERY side of the outside of the, box and of the damages as you first noticed them, with the original packing material in place. A UPS representative may need to personally inspect the box and item themselves. Again, please do NOT CONTINUE TO UNWRAP a damaged piece.
