Beautifully detailed carving of a bear by Ray Thompson of Coquitlan, B.C., Canada, captures the force and heft of the animal. Nicely balanced composition features some nice wood grain too. Measures 12 x 7 x 4 inches, priced at $325.  The piece is signed and was carved by a very talented Canadian carver. Not much is known about him.
