The piece has a light toned and beautifully textured background piece with the darker featured carving atop it. Really pops the darker carved piece. Featured is an eagle with wings spread, and talons connecting with the forehead of a snarling crouched wolf. Another figure’s head is there too, possibly a frog? Zoom in and see what you think.
