First Nations Nootka Mother Loon and Baby
$840.00
Joyful mother and baby loons are depicted gliding along together on the lake in morning mist. The hand-rubbed finish transitions from misty gray to blue-black, depicting the rising lake mist. Measures 21 x 10.5 x 1.5 inches. Priced at $840.
Both mother and baby feature gleaming abalone eye inlays. A frog symbol, from the waters below, is depicted on the side of the mother loon. It also has a glistening abalone eye inlay detail.
This piece is thick enough to stand, on a mantel or shelf for example, and also looks great on hanging on a wall.
